　　不久以前，我參加了一個由 Terry Birk贊助的「乳癌防制研討會」，在最後的問答時間裡，我提出了一個問題：「為什麼乳癌最常見的區域在靠近腋窩的地方呢？
　　
　　
　　當時沒有人可以回答我的問題，可是最近我收到這封信，我發現它解決了我當時
　　提出的問題。
　　
　　
　　一位朋友將這封信轉寄給我，我把它給一位正在接受化療的朋友看，她說在她最近參加的互助團體中，她也正好學到這件事
情。那就是「導致毒素累積成惡性腫瘤的原因是 ---- 剃或拔除腋毛。
　　
　　
　　最主要的理由是：人體有幾個主要排除毒素的區域，包括了膝蓋後方關節，耳後，鼠蹊及腋窩。它們排除毒素的方法就是「流汗」。
腋毛會幫助汗水順著腋毛流出體外，若剃或拔掉腋毛,因而阻止了我們身體的毒素從腋窩排出，但是這些毒素並不會因此而消失，反而會因為無法排汗而儲存我們腋下的淋巴結，幾乎所有的乳癌都是發生在乳房外側上方的區域，那正是淋巴結所在的地方,可看編號01的照片，它剛開始生腫瘤的地方就剛剛好離腋窩不遠，不久就會蔓延到整個乳房，你若再看清楚，她腋下也沒有毛，所以她也是有剃掉才會長瘤。
　　
　　
　　男人之所以比較不會得到乳癌的原因是因為他們從未剃掉腋毛，這些毒素就被阻絕在他們的腋毛之外而不會直接接觸到皮膚。可能你會問男人每天剃鬍子為何不會得乳癌，因下巴並不靠近乳房，也沒有淋巴組織. 不但如此，在剃毛時剃刀可能會割傷皮膚，女人如果在剃毛之後馬上使用防汗止汗用品，更會提高罹患乳癌的機率，因為這樣皮膚上那些細微的傷痕使得止汗用品的化學物質可以直接進入到腋窩。
就算你不搽防汗用品，在剃毛或拔毛時，也會暫時使腋下毛孔擴張，使細菌更容易進入，有腋毛也會幫助阻隔細菌直接接觸到腋窩，若是你覺得不剃腋毛不雅觀，但是當你看到所附上的照片後，你就會覺得不剃腋毛或乳房生癌那一種看起來更噁心了
　　
　　
　　西方洋人婦女比我們華人女性更注重儀錶，但是現在她們也開始不剃腋毛了，照片上也可看到她們照樣穿著無袖衣服照樣出門，因為她們現在也意識到不美觀總好過患上乳癌。
　　
　　
　　一種罕見的新種乳癌於十一月被發現。一名女士的乳房如同哺乳中的婦人般起了濕疹。她的乳房X光攝影片並沒有顯示出任何代表硬塊的陰影，因此醫師只開了一般的抗生素以避免進一步的細菌感染。上了兩次醫院後病情卻持續惡化，醫師於是再度請她去照乳房X光攝影。
　　這回陰影出現了。切片檢查後，發現了急速複製中的惡性腫瘤細胞。為了減緩細胞複製，先是化療，接下來乳房切除，然後又是一整個療程的化療以及放射線治療。九個月的密集治療之後，醫師們保證她恢復健康了!
　　
　　
　　之後整整一年的時間，她過著最充實的生活，然而這批頑強的癌細胞竟轉移到肝臟！四個療程之後她決定捨棄有著續多副作用的化療，找回生活品質。她詳細的計畫最後五個月所有的生活細節，最後的幾天在嗎啡的麻醉效果下，安祥的走了。
　　
　　
　　她在臨死前留下了這封訊息，希望轉達給所有的女性朋友們！女士們！請隨時注意身體細微的變化，並且，有任何不正常的情形時，請儘早尋求醫療協助！
乳房外柏哲氏病：這是一種罕見的癌前病變，以濕疹型態發生於乳頭及乳暈上。濕疹後來會形成一片邊緣有硬皮的傷口。我不曾懷疑這可能是癌症，但癌症找到了我。
　　
　　
　　我的乳房並沒有任何異狀，我看醫師唯一的理由是因為這偶爾會發癢、疼痛，十分惱人又醜陋的濕疹。家庭醫師開給我的任何乳膏都無法除去它；皮膚科醫師先前給我的眼周皮膚病藥物也無法治好它。
讓似乎讓人感到不安，但無法使我聯想到癌症的到來。我懷疑許多的女性朋友們都不知道乳暈及乳頭上的濕疹可能象徵乳癌。(我一開始的症狀僅是乳頭上冒出一個小痘子)。
柏哲氏病之所以可怕的理由之一，就是因為：乳頭上那似乎無害的細菌感染或是發炎，卻在延誤就醫後一發不可收拾。
　　
　　
　　
有哪些症狀呢?
　　1. 乳頭有持續的紅腫、不明分泌物以及導致搔癢及灼熱感的硬皮剝落。
　　(我一開始的時候除了一邊乳房有硬皮剝落外，沒有其它症狀)。
　　2. 乳頭上有無法癒合的傷口。 (>我當初的傷口分佈在乳暈，乳頭中央並且
　　有白色濃稠分泌物)
　　3. 通常只有一邊乳房被感染。這怎麼判斷呢？您的醫師會在觸壓檢查以後，建議您立刻做兩個乳房的X光攝影。因為正常皮膚炎的症狀為紅腫、硬皮剝落以及不明分泌物，所以醫師只有在症狀僅產生于單一乳房時，才會懷疑癌症的可能性。
屆時進行發炎部位的病理切片，就能找出病因。
